Classic Cocktail Monday
The Martinez The original Martinez is generally made with genver rather than Old Tom or London Dry Gin, but can be substituted. This classic is extremely balanced for being a little boozy. Enjoy!
2 oz. Bols Genever
1 oz Martini & Rossi Sweet Vermouth
1/4 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
1/4 oz Orange Curacao
1-2 dash Angostura Bitters
STIR all ingredients in ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass
Medium-dry, complex and fabulous as an aperitif to get your evening going.
