A mash bill of 96% Corn, 3% Rye & 1% Malted Barley produces an accessible bourbon. Aged in #4 char wood-fired barrels for 2.1 years. Attractive amber color supported by toffee and butterscotch as well as subtle orange, pear, honey and toasted brown sugar. The soft palate is supple and smooth. The easy finish shares a slight rye spice. Good for the bourbon-curious drinker at 90 proof.
