Inspired by the flavor of food smoked on an open flame, this Tennessee whiskey uses a unique "double char" to achieve depth & richness. After 6 years in new charred white oak it then spends 5 months in a second, heavily charred barrel which has been smoked with sugar maple. In the glass all this work displays aromas & flavors of toasted oak, sawn wood, clove, toasted cinnamon, dulce de leche, vanilla, mint, sugar maple & white smoke. A medium-long finish with a vanilla kiss. 88 Proof.
