Deutz's Non-Vintage entry-level Brut Classic bottling highlights the house's unwavering commitment to using only the finest first pressings of juice from the best vineyards in the region by displaying incredible finesse and complexity. Equal thirds of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay & Pinot Meunier are skilfully blended for harmony and balance. Their NV Brut Classic contains a notable proportion of reserve wines in the blend which contributes depth.

In the glass the wine shows pale yellow with a fine mousse; a reflection of long maturation on the lees. Aromatics include hawthorn blossom, acacia, toast points, marzipan, candied fruit, tarte au citron and lemon curd. The generous, medium to full-bodied mouth elegantly offers delicate hints of ripe pear, cooked apples, honeydew melon, guava, honeycomb and a pleasant chalky minerality. The wine finishes with a silky texture that lingers. A great introduction to the Deutz house style.
