The result is a stunningly harmonious and elegant Italian P.N. that sees 12 months in French oak, followed by 6 months in stainless steel and a further 6 months in bottle until its release. Sensual and seductive, the supple and mellow wine offers layers of rich strawberry, sour cherry, raspberry and pomegranate. Enticing enough to drink solo, it is substantial enough to make exciting pairings with herb-crusted rack of lamb, duck polenta and veal medallions.
