Hailing from Heaven Hill this barrel proof is only released in January, May, and September. Comprised of 68% Corn, 20% Wheat, and 12% Malted Barley. Aromas of toast are followed by sweet and savory baking spices. The deep amber color hints to the rich palette of molasses and fig followed by a warm finish of toasty hazelnut. Each batch is derived from six to eight year old bourbons. Enjoy on it's own or give your favorite cocktail a kick!!
