Exotic with heady aromas of orange blossom, candied citrus peel and caramel. The full and balanced palate is generous with honey, apricot, pineapple, mango, golden raisin and dried fig. A hint of hazelnut echoes on the persistent finish that, thankfully, possesses crisp, cleansing acidity.
This hedonistic Moscato wine is created via the passito method. Healthy, hand-selected ripe grapes are air-dried for one month, then fermented in stainless steel tanks. Once bottled the wine rests for three months before release. The perfect contemplative indulgence with almond biscotti and the perfect decadent one with a fruit tart, creme brulee or sweet plum focaccia.
