Mi Campo prides itself on purity and innovation. This Reposado is 100% blue agave, gently squeezed, lovingly fermented and double-distilled and rested in French oak wine barrels formerly used for aging Napa Valley Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Aromas and flavors include cooked agave, apple, ripe banana, pumpkin, peaches, cinnamon, vanilla, white and dark chocolate, and cream, cappuccino, maple, white pepper, cinnamon and clove. The smooth finish includes a pleasant trace of toasty oak.
