Los Valores distillery is located in a small town between Guadalajara and Chapala in Jalisco. As such, their terroir belongs neither to the highlands or lowlands and so is altogether unique and different from either. No additives or adjustments. Their tequilas are just pure expressions of twice-distilled 100% Weber agave. Though only producing since 2019, their committment to the virtues of elegance and quality is fully on display.
Key Anejo tasting notes include 12 months in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, leather, black pepper, walnuts, toasted almonds, vanilla, caramel and sweetness. The warm finish is long and dry.
