Stauning Smoke is a Danish terroir-driven mildly smoked single malt whisky made from local barley smoked over locally sourced heather and peat. It is matured for 5-6 years in a mix of 1st-Fill Bourbon, Madeira & Jamaican Rum casks and virgin American oak barrels. Unfiltered and not chill-filtered. 94 Proof
