Dampfwerk Distillery is located in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Their "Twin Cities" Aquavit is an interpretation of a Northern German earthy and spicy caraway aquavit that shows a deep golden hue in the bottle. It features the infusion of bourbon which provides warming, sweet and savory notes. Back-blending with bourbon also gives it a buttery mouthfeel with a tiny bit of extra sugar.
