FEW Spirits is the first legal distillery ever in Evanston (originally founded as a dry town), and only the second distillery in Cook County in the last 80 years, and Schaefer's is proud to carry their elegant new gin. With notes of vanilla and crisp lemon/citrus peel, there's a more subdued juniper flavor in their house-distilled grain spirit backed up by spice and a medium body.
