Hailing from the Willet family this 107 proof bourbon is aged for 12 years. Intense aromas of sweet baking spices and warm woodsy cedar are followed with nuances of oak. Hints of cherry on the palette are rounded out by spicy rye, creamy vanilla, and sweet, smooth maple syrup. A touch of salted caramel leads to a long, smooth finish. A great value since having won Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
