LARCENY BARREL PROOF BOURBON (A121)

Batch A121 John E Fitzgerald Larceny Barrel proof straight bourbon of Heaven Hill Distillery is beautifully blended NAS wheated bourbon. Aged for 6 -8 years with a mash bill of 68% corn,20% wheat, and 12% malted barley, this seasonally released offering is carefully batched and has a finished barrel strength of 114.8% proof. Batch A121 was released in the first part of January 2021 (A, first – 1, Jan – 21, 2021) and offers aromatic notes of maple, dark stone fruits layered in baking spices, and red bush berries over char, aged wood, and cloven cacao beans. The palate introduces notes of maple syrup, cherries, citrus zest, and warmly roasted nuts spiced with cacao.
