The Casey Jones mash bill #3 here - 26.5% Bloody Butcher corn, 26.5% Dent corn, 35% wheat & 12% malted barley is all about soft & sweet. The current bottling was aged 4.2 years in #4 char white oak barrels and bottled at 95 proof. The honey-forward nose has a slight clove accent. The mouth is soft and offers more honey and a little sweet tea. The smooth finish owns comforting caramel malt notes. Go solo or with one large ice cube for slow melting to temper this a touch.
