Locally grown corn and rye is used for the mash bill of 80% Corn, 16% Rye & 4% Malted Barley. Aged in lightly toasted #4 char barrels for 3 years. Bottled at 108 proof. A pronounced banana bread vibe in the nose. Soft, fruit-forward and oak-forward with semi-sweet malted caramel and chocolate in the mouth. A lingering finish shows notable rye spice. Good for the bourbon-serious drinker.
