Largely composed of fruit from Sonoma and Monterey counties with about 4% from Santa Barbara county. The wine, in aromatics and flavors, favors the red side of Pinot Noir. Think red cherry, strawberry compote, red licorice and raspberry. All of this is augmented with cinnamon, vanilla, dried herbs, camphor and toasted oak notes. Medium to full-bodied with perfectly balanced tannins.
