'A concentrated Cabernet (86%) from sites across Kiona's Red Mountain estate holdings, this wine flashes plenty of savory characteristics with eucalyptus, dried rose petals, desert sage, and crushed basalt. The palate shows a density of black fruit. Still it carries a balance marked by smoky flint, streaks of graphite minerality and plenty of savory herbs, sage and wild fennel are framed by crushed black stone and ember to finish with concentrated dark chocolate.'
