Deutz's Non-Vintage Rose Brut highlights the house's unwavering commitment to sourcing fruit from the best vineyards in the region to ensure incredible finesse and complexity. The combination of about 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay are skilfully blended for harmony and balance. Notable, too, that about 8% of still red wine from old vines contributes dramatically to the color and style of the wine.

In the glass the wine shimmers a mulit-hued pink. The nose entices with scents of fresh strawberries and raspeberries, ripe apricots and peaches, rhubarb and red plum accented by Marcona almonds presiding over a delicate, lacy mousse. A sensual, engaging palate delivers glimpses of candied cherries, melon, pomegranate, redcurrant and blackberry on a textural spine reminiscent of raw silk. Refreshing acidity and lingering stone fruit notes draw you back to the glass without hesitation.
