Created by two friends with a passion for both wine and fitness, they crafted a "proprietary process" for how they lower the sugar without lowering the alcohol levels. This is done by extending fermentation through dry fermenting. Then they triple filter the wine using a cross-flow filtration system extracting more tannins therefore they don't have to use flavor additives.
