The Rieslings for this wine are sourced from the estate's most important Rheingau sites and carefully blended to complement one another. The aromatics and palate own green apple, dried apricot and flinty notes. It is very fruit-forward, but the wine finishes dry - not sweet! Trocken = dry. Perfect pairings could include grilled Trout Amandine, steamed lobster or an arugula salad with goat cheese & crumbled fried pancetta.
