Rias Baixas is the only exclusively white wine appellation in Spain and is located in the northwest region of Galicia. Because of its cool, oceanic climate, the Albarino grape from which most of the region's whites are made, thrives to produce light and fresh wines. Abadia Albarino is pale golden in color, floral and aromatic on the nose with aromas of apples and pears with citrus notes. Light, bright and fresh in the mouth with pleasantly tart acidity.
