The Labreuil family operate a biodynamic and sustainable winery that includes manual harvesting and light filtration. Annual production is about 600 bottles. In the glass you get butter, lemon curd and apple notes. All of this is framed with great precision, minerality and richness - just as you would expect from a fine Corton-Charlemagne white. The wine begs for pairing with roasted pork, veal or chicken and braised or grilled fish.
