The 2000 Martha's Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon has a wonderful varietal aroma layered with bright cherry fruit and just a whisper of mint that makes the wine distinctive. The true elegance shines in the finesse and delicate structure Cabernet. It is approachable and enjoyable now, but with the proper PH balance and backbone to ensure longevity. Oak aging: 3½ years (One year American oak tanks and 2½ years in French Limousin oak barrels)
