Isola Bronze Cut Orecchiette pasta cooks slowly it takes around 12-15 minutes on a low rolling boil. Unlike fresh pasta that takes 3-5 minutes to cook, this pasta holds all other pastas to a standard. Because it is made with Durum Wheat Semolina, the pasta must regain that moisture and texture to be able to capture all of the flavor from the sauces and seasonings.
