P'TIT BASQUE (8 OZ)

P'tit (petite) Basque is a traditional cheese from the Pyrenees, made with pure sheep's milk. Its molded rind is a reminder of the wicker molds which were originally used to made the cheese. P'tit Basque is a full-flavored cheese with a deep nutty flavor. Petit Basque works well with soft, dry fruit and toasted nuts and can also be served with crusty baguettes or crisp wheat crackers or shredded over fresh roasted vegetables, like potatoes, cauliflower, or broccoli.
