The Lavieres site gets its name from the lavieres (stone slabs) that were historically used as roofing materials. Enticing notes of violets, red currant, blueberry, cola and baking spices fill out the rounded, supple mouth. All grapes are hand-picked in this steep Premier Cru vineyard providing excellent acidity and nuanced flavors. Elegant with lovely length.
