Chateau La Mouliniere is a single-estate vineyard built in the late 16th century on the right bank of the Dordogne River near Saint-Emilion. This fresh and light blanc is well balanced in acidy with aromas of white flowers and citrus front and center. Composed of 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Semillon the pallette is well balanced with citrus fruits, green fruits, and hints of light, bright flowers. Enjoy with salads, quiche and white meats and fish as well as Vegan and Vegetarian dishes.
