The First release in their “New Orthodox” IPA series is no exception. “M-43” is designed to accentuate the deep and complex character from the quadruple hop combination (Calypso, Simcoe, Citra and Amarillo). The citrus and tropical notes like pineapple, mango and grapefruit are straight up obvious and the flavors back these aromas with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel (their words).
