“Tripel” is a style that was originated by Westmalle Trappist Brewery in the 1930s, when they began to sell Westmalle Trappist Tripel.
The Quest Tripel Ale is brewed on a malt base of sorghum, millet, buckwheat, and brown rice. Suitable for both Vegetarian and Vegan diets.
Fairly light body for this style of beer - notes and flavors of spice and herb nose with flavors of candied fruit. Aromatic, long finish.
