ALBERT BICHOT POUILLY-FUISSE 2020, Burgundy

Maison Albert Bichot, founded in 1831 has, through successive generations remained a family-owned wine enterprise in Beaune. Their accumulated knowledge and skill enable them to craft fine Burgundy wines that over-deliver at every level. The Pouilly-Fuisse, made of 100% Chardonnay, hails from vineyards located in the Maconnais, in southern Burgundy. The result of their efforts is a fresh wine exhibiting vibrant acidity, golden apple, toasted nuts, and subtle oak spice, honey and vanilla in a very round, liquid style on the palate. Medium to full-bodied it finishes crisp and dry.
