The combination of malted grain and double-distillation in small, open fired pot stills make the cereal notes shine in this fruity, smooth and full-bodied whisky. It is matured 3-4 years in new American oak barrels and bottled unfiltered. 96 Proof
This dark and robust liquid interpretation of freshly-baked Danish rye bread offers plenty of roasted baking spice, pepper, caramel and vanilla with a long complex finish.
