Los Valores distillery is located in a small town between Guadalajara & Chapala in Jalisco. Their terroir belongs neither to the highlands or the lowlands and so is altogether unique and different from either. They use no additives or adjustments. Their tequilas are just ripe expressions of twice-distilled 100% Weber agave. Though only producing since 2019, their committment to the virtues of elegance and quality is fully on display.
Key Blanco tasting notes include cooked agave, white pepper, floral and honey. It is round on the palate with a clean, short finish.
