Auchentoshan (pronounced "ock-un-tosh-un") has a distinctive 12-year triple-distilled single malt Scotch whisky. With their 12-year old they have crafted a mellow single malt matured in bourbon and sherry casks - greatly increasing the whisky's complexity. Aromatics include cereal grains, almonds & lime. The palate provides richly sweet caramel toffee with subtle hints of grapefruit & dried orange. The finish is pleasurably long and dry with pronounced nuttiness.
