Part of this rising star winery's Viuda Negra (Black Widow) series, the Nunca Jamas (Neverland) bottling is comprised of 98% Tempranillo and 2% Graciano grapes. It is aged for only a few months so that the wood impact is minimal and fresh fruit and youth notes are emphasized. Bright and earthy black pepper, blackberry, black olive, sage and thyme notes are presented. Juicy, but with a dry finish.
