Schaefer’s History:

George Schaefer Sr. opened the doors January 1, 1936, and we’ve been a fixture ever since. His grand-daughter, Anje, carries on the tradition as Schaefer’s executive vice-president. Bill Graham purchased Schaefer’s in 2009. Learn more
