Having a whiskey making history that stretches back to the 1700's and operating their own distillery off-and-on for over 200 years, it's easy to see why the Willet Family has a cult following. They're newly renovated distillery re-opened in 2012 crafting some of the finest whiskey to date. Easy drinking, delicate, and refined with a nose of dessert fruits that are layered into butterscotch and vanilla. Sweet and fruity on the palette with toffee, toasted nuts, caramel, baking spices, and finishing with hints of cherry and orange zest. Unique and balanced it's been stated that the bottle was crafted specifically for the opulance of this Bourbon.
