Toad Hollow Vineyards began operation in 1994 and is a collaboration of two old friends who, more or less, retired to an existence of peace and quiet in the Hollow, after a life of whirlwind world travel.
This is a softer style of Cabernet from Lodi, notes of dark chocolate and earthy notes along with just a hint of spice linger on your palate.
