THE CALLING 'RUSSIAN RIVER' PINOT NOIR 2019, Russian River

The Calling was starting by Jim Nantz, famed CBS sports commentator, and Peter Deutsch, founder and CEO of Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits, when they met randomly at a restaurant and they both got together to start 'The Calling' seven years ago. Their portfolio includes single vineyard Chardonnay's, Pinot Noir and winery exclusive wines. Aromas of cherry, cranberry and a hint of white pepper. On the palate, lush raspberry and strawberry complement excellent acidity and a lingering finish. Serve it with grilled lamb infused with fresh-picked rosemary, smashed garlic cloves, and cracked whole peppercorns.
