Fine perlage leads to a lacy mousse revealing white blossoms, pink grapefruit and lime aromatics and a balanced palate of nectarine and blood orange that is full-bodied and elegant. A restrained dosage ensures the wine finishes creamy, but dry. Perfect as an aperitif or go with oysters or grilled prawns. Sustainable vineyard.
