Saint Agur is a medium strong creamy blue cheese, made from cow's milk enriched with cream, from Auvergne, France. It was developed in 1988 and contains 60% butterfat, qualifying it as a double-cream cheese. Moist and rich, it becomes stronger and spicier with age and is fabulous with big reds.
