Mashbill: 63% Corn, 27% Rye & 10% Malted Barley. Fears of this bottling disappearing have vanished! As assertive, but not aggressive as ever. Intense and notes of brown sugar, black pepper & cinnamon (think Mike & Ike Hot Tamale candy) are thankfully inescapable. The alcohol can test the palate at times, but overall the fruit and oak notes win out. A sipper best experienced slowly.
