The distinctive snowflake on this label is reminiscent of the cool flavors of this unusually made sake. Made in the "Kimoto" method - an ancient brewing method that basically uses native yeasts in a more labor intensive melding of the Koji and rice - this sake develops wonderful complexity. Beautiful notes of melon, anise and bold rich flavors linger on the medium dry finish.
