Lamb and Pork Salami with Za'atar (5OZ)
Love of Mediterranean food inspired this salami. Za'atar is a seasoning blend of sumac, thyme, and sesame that compliments grilled lamb, so we thought it would be cool to use it in a salami. A bit of cane cola is added for a hint of sweetness and barky herbaceous-ness that plays well with lamb.
