Sweet fruit slowly simmered and cooked down. The preserves contain more fruit, therefore are naturally lower in sugar. Use on toast, bagels, swirled into yogurt, oatmeal, in your muffin recipe and they make a great addition to traditional thumbprint cookies. We love these preserves with cheese, especially blues like Stilton.
