Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon blend from the estate of Château de Selle. The average age of the vines at Château de Selle is nineteen years old - planted here, are Cabernet, Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah.
This Bandol Rouge is dense yet elegant which has the potential for ageing. Wonderfully expressive cherry and floral notes with a delicate and crisp mineral palate. Serve with braised meats, stews, or BBQ ribs slathered in a Carolina sauce.
