CHATEAU BARBEBELLE ROSE 2022, Provence (ORGANIC)

A Couteaux d'Aix-en-Provence blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Cinsault & 10% Syrah. No oak here - the winery uses direct pressing, fermentation & aging in a thermo-regulated stainless steel tank to capture and showcase all the freshness and vitality of the grapes. Aromatics include watermelon, almond and raspberry. The mouth supports the nose with stone fruit (white peach & apricot), wild strawberry, orange zest, honeysuckle and pleasant minerality. Treat yourself to this medium-bodied wine as an aperitif or pair it with meat or fish carpaccio or sushi. Certified Organic vineyard.
