Join Schaefer's as we welcome Bob Bunn of Bunn Gourmet to our Boundary Room. We are very excited to feature Bunn Gourmet's Prime Angus beef and Berkshire pork. The Bunn family ranch is located in Springfield, Illinois where they established a thriving business in 1840. In fact, as the story goes, a young Abe Lincoln was a family friend and attorney. We will be sampling their prime Angus sirloin, ribeye, strip steaks and Berkshire pork chops. To showcase these prime cuts, we will be pouring a few red wines that are great matches for these incredible meats. This is the perfect time to start planning for your Labor Day Holiday grilling needs. There will be limited quantities available for purchase, so don't be late!
