Summer of Grapefruit!

Paloma
The Paloma (Spanish for "dove") is a tequila-based cocktail. This drink is most commonly prepared by mixing tequila, lime juice, and a grapefruit-flavored soda.
Ingredients:
2 ounces
Tequila (Blanco or Reposado)
½ ounce
4 ounces
Optional:
Fresh Lime Juice
Grapefruit Soda or Fresh Grapefruit
Salted Rim
Lime Wedge
Directions:
Rim glass with salt (optional). Fill glass with ice and add Tequila and lime juice. Top off with grapefruit soda or grapefruit juice. Garnish with lime wedge.

Greyhound/Salty Dog
Gin was the original spirit of choice in the Prohibition-era Greyhound. When vodka caught the attention of American drinkers after World War II, it quickly replaced the gin. Either spirit is an excellent choice.
Ingredients:
2 ounces
Vodka or Gin
Top with
Grapefruit juice or grapefruit soda
For a Salty Dog, same as above, salt the rim of your glass prior to adding ingredients.
