We could not imagine quaffing anything but a light bodied, yet flavorful, brew watching nine from the bleachers. This American style cream ale features a touch of malt with flavors of corn flakes cereal. There's a light hop aroma with floral, pepper, and grapefruit notes. That fresh baked bread flavor comes from residual yeast and rounds out the mouthfeel. This cream ale should excite because it's not common to Chicagoland brewers.
